On 8/25/20- I Wasn't too happy with the fact that as always I had a long 19 minute wait for someone to answer only to be told the Delano Fremont Office had their calls forwarded to the Answering Service while out to lunch from 12pm - 1:00pm, this was at 11:48am, so this call could've have been answered had they not set the call system that early. It's always a problem with this office, sadly my child's doctor and her staff are amazing. I've also been told many times my child can't be seen without any of those receptionist knowing my child's name and the fact that my child is flagged as a high risk and necessary to speak with the doctor first before anything. I don't like dealing with the stress of Omni center when calling. There are many good people there but the experience is ruined by the bad. I have spoken to Board members of Omni because of issues I have come across.

The front desk receptionists are so unnecessarily rude every time. I understand that they deal with a lot of people and may get frustrated but that is their job. The patients should not have to deal with their disgusting attitudes.

I wanted to personally recognize "Gabby" (MA) for being professional and very kind. With my busy schedule I forgot my daughters shot record, she sense my frustration so she gave me the opportunity to go grab it. With a busy medical office like this one, she seen my daughter in a timely manner yet also still was polite. My first experience was a pleasure thanks to NP Sylvia and MA Gabby.
