This is the second time I've used Hick's Plumbing and I have been more than pleased. First time replacing a kitchen faucet and during president's weekend replacing our water heater. Brian responded to my calls immediately, had one of his workers on the job within a day and the work was completed in a timely fashion. And to top things off, his prices were VERY reasonable. I plan to spread the word among my friends!
I called Brian Hicks because my On-Demand-Water-Heater stopped working. The manufacturer listed him as a certified plumber. Over the phone he gave advise that I was able to trouble shoot and fix the issue after our conversation on my own. He called me back to check if I needed further help. For now my problem is solved AND should I need plumbing in the future, I know to call him. His number is now in my phone! So impressed with the patience and care he exhibited.
