I injured my shoulder over four months ago. I diligently followed the advice of my physician and my highly touted physical therapist. Unfortunately, I saw zero improvement. I could not raise my right arm above my right shoulder. In the night, I would awaken because I would roll onto my right side and then experience shooting pain.
