I had an incredible experience at Up Your Body yesterday. I booked the Brazilian Lymphatic Sculpting Massage because I’ve been focusing heavily on my lymphatics and gut health, and it did not disappoint.
I’m writing this the day after treatment and I’m honestly blown away by how I feel. I woke up with almost zero bloating or inflammation. My energy was high enough for a strong workout first thing in the morning. Digestion has been smooth all day, and my mental clarity feels sharper than usual.

I had an amazing session with Barbara today -- she made me feel so comfortable and the most relaxed I've been in a while. I did a Brazilian sculpting lymphatic massage and the lymph fusion sauna as well as infrared light therapy and I loved it. It felt like a spa day and I can't wait for my next session!
