While visiting from out of state, I've gotten my hair cut by Effie twice. She's friendly, professional, and fantastic at what she does. I'm glad I found her - now I just wish I were closer so I could come regularly!
I found this studio from a referral after getting a color and cut that i didn't care for (yet again). Best decision ever! I Love this studio and Effie does such a wonderful job coloring and cutting my hair. My hair color lasts so long and feels so soft, and my cuts always look great - I get so many compliments. I Love the products she uses - smells so good! And makes my hair soft and have lots of body without blow drying. I highly recommend studio 36 and Effie! (and her products)!
Just had an amazing experience getting my hair cut with Effie! I'm new to the area and found her through Yelp; I was looking for someone who would only use organic products, and I wanted to avoid a classic salon vibe of loud music and toxic fumes. My hair had gone way too long without a cut, and Effie listened carefully and worked masterfully to wrangle my long thick unruly hair into amazing shape. She's also a really cool person, great to talk to during the cut. Will be back for sure!
