A big Thank You to Cole Hobson and the rest of the staff for 14 weeks PT for my arthritic hip. The exercise program has had a positive effect on my mobility and pain level. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgable. The facility is clean and sanitized regularly. I highly recommend Spine Zone in Del Mar.

I have been working with the SpineZone team at the Del Mar location for a while, initially for spine/neck issues and more recently for resolving an issue with my shoulder. It is an excellent facility with professional, warm, and caring staff, with specialized exercise equipment. I highly recommend it.

Very greatful to my primary doctor for referring me to Spinezone. Their PTs and staff are excellent, and I have a lot of others to compare with. They gave great exercises that decreased my episodes of pain and brought me closer to my ideal. Now when pain begins, I know exactly what to do and I'm out of that scenario within a day at most. I'm greatly improved. Highly recommended!
