The team that I dealt with at pure property management work diligently effectively and most of all very quickly I got nothing but good things to say about pure property.(Milca) made things very clear and understandable #1 agent!!She was very aware of some of my fears & some of the things about the leasing requirements I didn't completely understand but she made it easy as pie my hat goes off to their team including Kim Pringle who also acted very quickly was very responsive receptive and extremely helpful I would recommend them to everyone I know .leasing process and procedure was rather lengthy but I do understand how necessary it is creating a new residential experience...read full review

Milca was extremely helprful. The process of submitting rental/income verification was simple and Milca communicated to us as soon as we had a response on our application. The services and support offered at Pure property management are vast. Would recommend speaking with a representative if you are looking for a place to live.
