Coming to Dr. Chan's office was a refreshing change. Everyone in the office seems to be working in sync and the service is exceptional. Staff turnover is low compared to other places I've been.
I had an emergency request for an appointment and Dr Chan’s staff squeezed me in. They were all helpful to get me in and out within 30 minutes. Everyone is so pleasant and skillful at each of their duties. I appreciate all of them!
Dr. Chan is a true professional with a personal touch. Recently I had a sudden dental need come up that I needed addressed before heading out of town on a trip. His staff found a way to work me in to the schedule even on such short notice, and he took care of me in the same warm, personal style that he always has. I've recommended him to others, and I always get the same great feedback. Highly recommended!
