If you are purchasing a home and need assistance, I highly recommend working with Melanie Loscher. I recently purchased a home in Davis with her help. From the beginning, Melanie fought hard for me. In our purchase offer, Melanie added a clause to ensure that the seller could not receive other offers while I was trying to sell my home. (I came to understand that not all realtors do this, so I really appreciated this tactic to secure my bid.) Throughout the purchase process, Melanie responded quickly and provided sage advice, thus making a typically stressful situation a lot more manageable. Even after we closed escrow, she offered to assist with meeting internet service providers and other service persons while I was getting ready for my move from another city. Melanie is fantastic to work with. I love my new home and hope to stay for a long time, but if I decide to sell this home, I would definitely work with Melanie again for the sales transaction.
