As a Massage Therapist myself, I have always believed that Massage and Chiropractic go hand in hand. That's why I was so excited to find Dr. Poland! Before your adjustment, he does some great soft tissue work to help your body be less tight and more relaxed overall. This is incredibly effective! As someone who has been getting bimonthly Chiropractic work for years, this is the best Chiro I've been to yet! Can't recommend him enough.

Dr. Poland is super down to Earth and really cares about his patients. He uses innovative techniques to help your muscles relax and perform adjustments. I highly recommend his services! You will leave his office feeling so much better!

As a fitness enthusiast/recreational bodybuilder I can testify to Tyler's capabilities, he walks the talk and trains as hard as I do in the gym! He offers a multifaceted modality that includes not only your traditional chiropractic work but also techniques such as cupping, deep tissue and ART etc catered to your respective needs and goals.On a side note, Very business-savvy, patient, and structured person in terms of work-life balance from my personal view of him; chiropractic-wise again, he is the best chiropractor I have had the Blessing of seeing within town ever since graduating from UC Davis. See him if you are looking for someone to help you out physically!
