Over the years, I’ve had a great experience at Kaiser in Davis. I like the small size where everything is close in the building. Pharmacy, labs, optical etc all easy access. Parking is simple. The staff is always great and I’d like to expressly recognize Dr Backus and the staff in adult care!!!
This location is not so bad provided you conduct business during off peak hours. The worst time is just before a holiday weekend. Whenever there is an issue, they almost always been able to resolve it in 15 minutes. I am dinging one star due to the disconnect between the Kaiser app and the pharmacy. Everyone working this location super friendly, hard working and kind. A value resource to the community. Thanks!
I answer, AT THE VERY LEAST, 10 phone calls for this pharmacy location a WEEK! I wish they would tell their patients that the area code changed to 530 many years ago. Hahaha. Until then, I will continue to politely let the callers know to “dial the same number, but input the 530 area code.” Count your days Kaiser Pharmacy….if I keep receiving these calls, I will be sending over a W9 and an invoice.
