Dr. Naval is one of the most competent and professional medical professionals I know. He is intelligent, highly knowledgeable, professional, nice, and effective. I recently saw him and I was again amazed at how well he understands the human body and my prompt diagnosis. I felt better right away during my most recent visit. He uses a variety of treatments such as laser treatment; heat, cold, adjustments, etc. I first saw Naval about two years ago due to a car accident; an old friend who is also a medical professional recommended him. I have a mid-severe scoliosis curve. He is efficient and, in my opinion, gifted. If you are in pain, or need a chiropractor for any reason, I highly recommend Naval. I drive to Davis from Sacramento to see him and would probably drive further because my health and wellbeing are important to me. Dr. Naval is trustworthy and will not ask his patients to come back repeatedly if they do not need to.

Been seeing Dr. Naval for years. He is the best at what he does. He is also a real gentleman, one of the nicest people I know. I made the mistake once of going to another chiropractor and inflicted pain not relief. I have never had anything but positive results from my treatments with Dr. Naval.

I was a patient at this center about two years ago and it totally had the potential to be great except one experience completely offended me and turned me away. My chiropractor was Dr. Rabago. He seemed very nice and gentle at first. He explained adjustments to me and the value in a massage. It was after three or so visits that things got awkward enough that I chose not to come back. During one of my last visits, Dr. Rabago asked about my ethnic background and I let him know my background was latin american. He then commented, "Why are you so light-skinned then?" I awkwardly laughed hoping I wouldn't have to answer something so ignorant but then it got worse. He said, "Was your mom sleeping with the milk man?" He began to laugh but I wasn't laughing anymore. He noticed I tensed up and almost immediately stated he was kidding. Perhaps some people think it's cool and funny to be insensitive, but I don't. After that I stopped scheduling appointments and never heard from Dr. Rabago again. I'm sure he's a great chiropractor but I won't tolerate such unprofessional and rude behavior.

Dr. Rich Naval is a magician, pure and simple. I've been going to him periodically for 5-6 years and there's always a spring in my step when I leave the office.

Unfortunately I cannot leave a review for Dr. Naval because after waiting three months and having multiple appointments cancelled the day of or the afternoon before, I gave up. Most upsetting is not that Dr. Naval's life is apparently fraught with disaster causing various "emergencies", but that the receptionist(s) offer different stories for why the appointment was cancelled, which to say the very least shows a great lack of respect for clients and to be more vulgar, reeks of bullsh*t.

First by my own admission chiropractors scare me. That said Dr. Naval is the best, he is amazing, I finally understand why people go to chiropractic care. I had a knee that was always causing problems, boom! Much better. My back occasionally gets me into trouble, or I should say my lack of exercise gets me into trouble and Dr. Naval always helps out. He is a listener, he explains things and is not so aggressive he scares the neophyte.

Dr. Naval is exceptional! I have been to a few chiropractors, regular MDs and acupuncturists trying to resolve persistent back pain....Dr. Naval diagnosed my problem very succinctly and was realistic in his assessment of the possibilities. Then he became committed. It has been an enduring process but every week it gets better - after years of thinking there was no choice but to live with the pain. He is very nice, gentle, articulate. But perhaps the best thing about him is that he seems to be intuitive and a healer. I am so thankful to have been referred to Dr. Naval.

I went to Dr. Naval on a recommendation from my step mother who is a patient there and if she was writting this review it would be 5 stars and then some. She swears by them and they really do seem to make her feel better. The only reason I am giving him 4 is because I didn't really use his services. I had a crick in my neck from sleeping wrong for a few weeks and it was very uncomfortable. I will say I was in and out and twisted and popped a few spots and I haven't had anymore trouble. I was always a little sketchy about people actually cracking my neck but he was quick and it didn't seem like he put any real pressure. I know If I have an issue i'll be returning in the future.

Dr. Naval is perhaps one of the best chiropractors I've been to. I'm not being biased here just because he gave me an internship and then hired me to be an office assistant later on, but compared to some other chiropractors I've been to, he really takes the time to make sure he patients feel comfortable and have a quick recovery. First, you're brought in and laid down on the table with heat packs laid on whatever part of the body that's ailing you. Then he comes in, stimulates your muscles with ultrasound before adjusting you. Afterwards, you lay with an ice pack and you're brought out feeling 150% better! The first time Dr. Naval treats you, he sets aside 1.5 hours to do a thorough examination. He's also a certified M.D. so he's very technical with everything. He even checks to make sure to check your ears, eyes, heart beat, etc... He's working out of his office with another massage therapist. There are 4 patient rooms, 1 strictly set aside for the massage room. The office is quaint and you'll hear Bach streaming quietly from the speakers. The management is super awesome and they're always willing to work something out with you. The lobby has a bunch of magazines, candy, and a water cooler while you wait.
