The team, including Meghan, Kevin, and Matt, listened to the clients' concerns and wants, and came up with solutions to problems while also making suggestions to enhance the space. They kept the clients updated on changes and decisions during the remodel, and the onsite team, led by Matt, created a beautiful and useful finished space while addressing any concerns. The team at Morse, including Lilly, Kevin, Ron, and David, was highly professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality work. The entire experience from design to completion was seamless, and they finished the project earlier than promised. Any minor issues that arose were handled efficiently and quickly, and the communication throughout the process was excellent. Clients who did a full gut kitchen remodel with Morse were very pleased with the expertise and suggestions of the team. The extensive work, which involved removing a wall and two windows, vaulting a ceiling, moving the kitchen sink, and adding an island, was managed proactively and professionally by the design team. The clients appreciated the team's ability to work with their eclectic taste and blend of styles, and the quality of the construction and finish work was excellent. We really enjoyed working with the Morse team and are very happy with the new addition. From the planning stages, through design and construction, they were very professional, thoughtful, thorough, and good communicators so that we knew what to expect at every step of the way. We knew we were paying for additional design and project/construction management services that might have been opportunities to save if we choose to take on some of those aspects ourselves, but the expertise and efficiency with which they handled these elements were top notch and ensured we had a smooth and predictable build. For our bathroom renovation we have chosen Morse Custom Homes and Remodeling. And we were not disappointed having chosen this company. In the entire process everything was well organized. Their designer Meghan is highly talented. We liked her choices and recommendations of tiles and fixtures etc. and she understood our tastes and senses.
The other person to mention is Greg. He oversaw the daily progress, cared about subcontractors and performed a lot of work to complete the project to perfection. Marty Morse and his colleagues at Morse Remodeling did a fantastic job for us when we remodeled of our house. We wanted to both redo our kitchen and to remodel the house to create spaces for the dining room table and grand piano. Even though there had been enough overall area in our house for this furniture, the space was chopped up in ways that prevented easy placement solutions. Meghan was incredibly helpful and creative in designing the space to accommodate what we wanted, especially given the constraints.
