Julie helped me to purchase my new home in Davis. As a young, out of town person looking to make the first purchase, it was difficult to find an agent who took me seriously. Luckily, I found Julie. Julie was very accommodating and really took time to explain the process. Julie also embraced out-of-the-box ideas.

Love Julie Otto and Hank (her canine partner)!!! She is a wonderful person with a genuinely, caring, personality. I was actually referred to Julie O. by another agent in RE/MAX who I initially worked with for about half a year or more, but did not have any luck with purchasing a house. As soon as I started working with Julie O., I GOT IT. The first house we saw together was the one I fell in love with. You could call it "perfect timing," but I think it's a bit more than that... I told Julie to do everything in her position/power to get me the house and she DID just that. As a buyer's agent, having an agent like Julie, who really vouches for her client is extremely important, esp. in a competitive seller's market. Throughout the entire escrow process, she kept me informed and ALWAYS explained things to me in an easy-to-understand manner. Her communication style is very clear - doesn't leave you feeling like you have to go home an ponder on your thoughts/decisions afterwards. Treats her clients more than just a transaction, but really sees her clients as a person, which makes her a GOLD STAR. The escrow process can be quite stressful, but Julie was always by my side to walk me through and calm my angst/stress. After we closed escrow, she continued to follow-up with me to make sure I had a smooth transition into my new home. She is truly a gem - I highly recommend her!

Julie is great! She is honest, trustworthy, and incredibly helpful. She made buying a home in Davis, from out of state, as easy as possible. Julie is a great communicator and is on top of every detail. She made us feel like family! I would highly recommend Julie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, without any hesitation!!
