It’s so easy to check in online. Always great service and haircuts, which isn’t easy with 3 ‘lively’ kids. Erika always makes great conversation with them and lets them be involved in their hairstyle, so that they leave happy.

Gorgeous views. Great food. Wonderful tram ride. Just don't set anything on the little shelf if you're standing by the window/railing. The door rotates and while I was taking pictures, the rotated. My new field guide was on the little shelf and I didn't see it because the rotated away. Out of sight, out of mind.

This review is mainly for Erika! She did an amazing job making my long, thick, unhealthy hair look stunning again! I have had tons of bad haircut experiences and am always hesitant when I go somewhere new. Erika made sure I left happy with my hair and provided a wonderful customer experience.
