I had a previous review last month expressing my disappointment in the service I received for an updo appointment. Elizabeth immediately contacted me personally to share their commitment in addressing my concerns. I am so appreciative of how Elizabeth shown up with such kindness and humility. I received a complimentary blowout and I feel absolutely pretty. The service was lovely and I was so comfortable. With how the business owners handled my concerns, makes me feel even more at ease to return as a loyal patron.

This is my second time booking with Sandra for my highlights and haircut and I’m in love with my hair! I’ve never experienced better service, professionalism, and care from any other hair stylist. My hair is long and thick but Sandra is meticulous and will always take her time to create beautiful color and cut gorgeous layers in my hair. Not to mention she finishes off with a perfect blowout so I don’t leave the salon with wet hair 🥹 Couldn’t recommend her and Picasso salon more!
