Deep tissue massage with Kat highly recommended. Quiet studio with a sound table that pairs well with massage. Kat is quite a healer with a very firm touch that has helped to reduce my migraines and recover from sports injuries. Cool downtown location by coffee and tea shops that make my visits to Kat more like a spa day.
Wow! This was by far the best most intentional and skilled Thai massage I've ever received. I've been practicing Thai massage for 3 years now and this was next level. Tamara is so talented, kind, and offers a wonderful environment for healing, getting into your body and integrating your whole self. What a yummy experience. I've been dreaming of it ever since I left and I will be back!
Tamara at Dynamic Message Studio really came through with a much needed Thai Yoga massage. After a recent hamstring injury from overtraining for an ultra marathon I was looking for some pain relief and guidance as I start recovering from the injury.
