I have had the privilege of working with Damaris Aldana since 2024, and I cannot say enough about the incredible support, care, and dedication she has shown me. From the very beginning, she has consistently gone above and beyond to help me, both in big ways and small.
Damaris genuinely cares about the people she serves. She has always taken the time to listen, understand my concerns, and advocate for me when I needed someone in my corner. She has fought tirelessly on my behalf, never giving up when challenges arose, and always working hard to find solutions to any problem I faced.

This review is for Damaris Aldana, who is probably the best case manager in the world. If it weren't for her I don't know where I would be in life. She has helped me towards getting my life in order in so many ways and has always done so with a smile. From appointments to food, shelter, and transportation, shes always there with a smile on her face. I'm thankful to have her.

I am a property manager in Davis. I have a resident that is under this network and he has the BEST ECM. Her name is Damaris Aladana. I cannot say enough good things about her! As a hands on Case Manager, she works from her heart and takes her job seriously. She has a way with people and makes sure that coming out to support the resident face to face, assisting with navigating through life in a positive and professional manner. There are not enough of Damaris to go around and the world definitely needs more of her and Communicare is so lucky to have her on their Team! Thank you Damaris for all you do!
