My pc broke via a Loud Pop. All the lights and power in my room at the time were still active, but my pc shut down and refused to restart.
After a couple of calls he was able to assist and FIX my computer. I highly recommend using their services for any computer problems.
Turns out the PSU shorted. I bought a new PSU and it wasnt working until the gentlemen at the store recommended, I use all new cables and test it again.
Low and behold it was a shorted PSU and shorted cable that was the cause.
Replaced new psu and cables and problem solved!

Contacted them to get some help with a MacBook Air that was running slow. Instead of trying to upsell and make futile repairs for a buck, he told me straight up it was probably time to replace my laptop. He gave great recommendations for replacements. Very helpful!
