By far the best business I've dealt with! I only needed a couple of parts for my kinetico water softener, and have searched through a few different dealers. Blue fountain helped me out and then some. I emailed them photos of what I needed, and they sent the parts quickly without trying to force more charges on me that I didn't want or need. Will definitely do business with them again!
Randy and Blue Fountain Water continue to give the best customer service possible; I have to write an update because it's hard to find such service these days, and this company deserves excellent props and the highest recommendation. Even though they are not longer selling Kinetico systems, they continued to help us when our Kinetico system ran into an issue. When I called a different Kinetico dealer, they were not nearly as helpful. So I decided to call Blue Fountain and Randy was happy to help; the issue was promptly fixed.5 stars from my experience from the time of purchase, and now, 5 more stars for their terrific customer support with their products over the years; they truly are a 10-star company.
