I got such a poor experience with Davis Academy Driving School. It runs very unprofessionally in every aspect including customer communication and lesson experience. Shocking me mostly is that I got a text saying my purchased package is expired after my child had two lessons, and I need to pay extra $65 to activate my account because it was over a year since I purchased the package. I was never told such a thing. When I asked, they showed me a screenshot with such information on a form with empty parent and student signatures. I said I never saw this form and signed this form. It's an unfortunate local business that fails to fulfill the vase majority of customer's requiremet. The price is relatively cheap compare to the surrounding area, but it will bite you later. The registration system is a mess, the email address on their website is completely no responding, and the phone number will lead you to another number that's not shown on their website just for booking the appointment - and all the trouble to arrange thetime, it's not a guaranteed thing you will get your turn on time. Both of my kids used Davis Academy Driving School and passed their behind the wheel test. I had no issues with payment, cancellations, or tardiness. The scheduling system has changed over time and become more convenient.
