Val Congdon of CB helped my husband and I sell our Danville home this past May and would highly recommend her as a realtor. We decided to sell our house in September but wanted to wait until the spring of 2024 before putting it on the market. She encouraged us to make small improvements in the house, i.e., paint front door, change light fixtures, during that 8 month period and these changes made such a big difference in the overall look of the house at the end. Valerie listened to what I was looking for in my next house and kept a close eye on the low housing inventory. Her review of properties enabled me to carefully focus on different aspects of each property. She expertly handled negotiations of the purchase and she carefully followed up in all the details during and after the sale. I highly recommend Valerie Congdon.
