I chose this company because they are a locally owned and operated business. They did not disappoint. I was in crisis after my toddler Sharpied all over my house including a couch that was less than a year old. I called Nick at TVCC with some hope he could help me. I immediately felt his empathy for my situation even though he couldn’t promise that he could get the stains out. I was ready to give it a shot, and Nick was prompt and professional when he arrived at my house. He totally over delivered and got 90% of the stains out snd I am thrilled with the result. I would recommend them to anyone!

Great job from start to finish. Nick was responsive to my initial call. His estimate was fair. His follow-up leading to the appointment was reassuring. His arrival was 3 minutes early (not everything was perfect!). He assessed the job and updated the estimate which was still fair. He was quick but thorough. Got stains out, warned of areas that would dry more slowly and his time estimates for completely dry were dead on. Can't recommend him highly enough.

We are very happy with the service. Nick was quick to respond. He was prompt and took the time to really clean. We had him come to clean the sectional and two mattresses. He can clean other things than just carpets. He got it in under 1.5 hours. He got all of the urine stains out of my kids white mattress. He uses special enzymes on the mattresses to get it really clean. Like he said, it all dried up under 6 hours. Unbelievable! I would highly recommend.
