Terry was out to survey the damage the same day and the tree removed right away. Other trees were damaged as well and they were taken out to prevent future issues. “I have had Tree Wise cut down 7 big trees in the last 2 years and they have done an excellent job. However, I only recommend that you have Marco cut the trunk of the tree because he is the most skilled at doing the job. The first time another man cut the trucks of 2 of the 4 trees removed and I was not satisfied. He did not them as close to the ground as Marco. I will be calling them again next year for another job and will request that only Marco cut the trucks of the tree to be remove.“

I was impressed when the Bartlett truck rolled up to my house right on time; and Ryan Lee’s thoughtful observation and review with his crew before the pruning began.

I thought 8 am might be a bit early for power tools and chipper noise in the neighborhood, but the crew was so quiet as they diligently trimmed with hand saws and pole trimmers.

It wasn’t until about 9:30 when the chipper was turned on to grind the limbs and clean up the yard—a very thoroughly clean up I might add.

Kudos to the Bartlett Tree Experts crew, and thank you for taking such good care of my birch trees.
