Just came back from trip where we were hiking, horseback riding and mountain biking. My body was sore, stiff and full of knots. I had Natasha and she recommended deep tissue with hot stones. I couldn’t have had a better experience. I fell asleep for 10 min so that should tell you how good it was. It was exactly what my body needed and the hot stones made a big difference. Enjoyed it so much I signed up for a membership.
