It's hard to truly capture in words how grateful we are to have had Tess as our agent. From the moment we were put in contact with Tess, we instantly felt encouraged in starting the process with her. She was very professional and incredibly helpful. We were first-time buyers and pretty specific in what we wanted and our price point. Tess worked with us to find areas we liked and even suggested areas we might want to live in. An example of this was when we told her that we were also considering a new build, which would mean that she would not need to represent us and therefore get no commission.
