The remodel work was an extensive rework of a leaking back wall. The Shawn Lober team did all the work with permitting process. No easy task. The actual construction stayed on schedule. All of the work looked as designed except approved improvements suggested by the Shawn Lober team.

All of the workers were polite and professional. Clean up occurred every day to ensure minimal impact on use of house during construction. Additional work was required due to water damage from the leak. The construction team sent us pictures and recommended fixes for approval. All of this was done on schedule.

Best of all, more than a year later we have no leaks. Thanks Andre!

There was rarely a day when we didn't have work being done even when straddling Thanksgiving and Christmas. The workers were very clean and nice men. We kept adding on more scope to the project, and they accommodated the add ons without complaint. When they thought something needed improvement they were quick to make it perfect without any asking by us. I would highly recommend them for their high quality of work and high business ethic.
