Robert is amongst the best, and thoroughly understands the nuances of real estate from beginning to end. From prepping our home to sell, to strategies around pricing with full consideration of not just market indicators, but incorporating analysis of demographics, cultures, and even politics. He leverages not only industry tools, but also resources like Google Analytics and AI that are well outside the normal realm, and that was truly impressive.
