The service is subpar and they are persistent with trying to upsell. The most disappointing thing is that because they start speaking in their language after interacting with you, it’s hard not to feel as though they are speaking negatively about you. As much as I would like to believe otherwise, the energy in the space was awkward and uncomfortable. Not the best experience. Service: Pedicure

I wasn’t impressed by this salon. The chairs are old and cracked, the massage control was missing buttons. The foot spa is not connected to the chair, they wheel out a large dish with water to soak your feet in. The foot soak dish kept moving because it was on a stand with wheels which made it uncomfortable for me. The manicurist kept pushing me to get other services after I told her multiple times what I wanted. I got the basic spa pedicure, she told me twice there’s no massage so I should upgrade. OVERPRICED! Been here a few times and no matter what their prices say on the website, you'll end up paying more! Because they come up with a " + $10 or $20 for nail polish or powder nails". Website said $40 for powder nails and they charged me $60 ! Not even cleaned up or cut my nails just build on top of that. Only one lady is doing a good job there, unfortunately I forgot her name. But the other ones are just trying to make money fast. Which is sad.
