I've been seeing Dr. Pontious once a week, and it's made a big difference in relieving the discomfort I often feel in my neck, shoulders, and lower back from long hours of desk work. His techniques are very effective, and he's always friendly and professional. As someone who spends most of the day sitting at a computer, these regular adjustments have become an essential part of staying healthy and pain-free. Rachel at the front desk is also wonderful—she always helps schedule my appointments smoothly and is a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommend!

The reason I decided to get chiropractic care is because I had chronic back pain and chronic headaches. The reason I go back to Pontious Chiropractic is that I feel better! Bottom line! I have suffered with headaches for years and my headaches are few and far between now and not as severe. I feel like I'm opening up and can breathe again! We are still working on my chronic back pain, but I am so hopeful! Jess Pontious treats each patient with care and true concern. And his only goal is the same as yours... to get your body better! I'm so glad I found his practice!
