What great service all around. Found out my air conditioner stopped working and it was 10pm on a Saturday night. They were able to come on a Sunday at 2pm. Diagnosed and repaired in 70 minutes. David was very nice and poor guy had to work in the attic for about 40 minutes. It was 97 outside, so much hotter in the attic. My transformer and fuse to the furnace (which is connected to the AC connections outside). House is only 6 years, so I was praying for a 'repair' bill and not a 'replace' bill. Very thankful it was a repair. I will recommend on my Facebook Tracy Rants and Rave page too. Thanks again David. Feels so nice and cool now and both of the cats are much happier too.
I had an excellent experience with PUM. They responded quickly to my request for a quote. I had a broken LG refrigerator, as usual it was the compressor that needed replacing. They had the new compressor in stock and even sent photos of it. They came out the next day at 11am and were done with this complex repair by 2pm. A previous repair tech had said the fridge was "shot" and needed replacement, but I knew and PUM knew that when these LG's stop working it's almost the compressor and it's a difficult, expensive, and time consuming repair that always works, and that's exactly what happened. Basically, if they can handle this repair they can handle almost anything.
Really happy with Pacific United Management. They were the first to reply (within minutes) and had someone here just hours after we reached out. David was our technician. He was on-time, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The entire process was very efficient and the team was impressively communicative. Ultimately, we decided our old appliance needed to be replaced rather than repaired.
