I had someone come out for detection and removal services about a week ago. In the moment, I was thrilled because not only did it feel thorough but I was comfortable because this company has a "100% guarantee."Unfortunately I found more lice in all 3 of my daughters hair roughly 2 weeks after our appointment. No problem, right!? This company has a 100% guarantee... WRONG! Apparently there is only a guarantee if a follow up appointment is booked the day of the original appointment. 1) I wish I knew this little caveat to the guarantee, and 2) why in the world would I book a follow up appointment on the day of my original appointment?
