“Needing a website redesign of my ancient 2008 website, I "interviewed" a few web designers and when I spoke with Skip, I knew immediately he was "the one." He was so personable on the phone and his communication and design approach is very straight-forward (other designers required me to engage in a creative "idea board" process with them (using an app of their choosing) and only send them content through certain platforms, and other requirements that, in my opinion, would just prolong the project and require more of my time and effort. This isn't therapy. I knew what I wanted, I had the content all prepared and I needed to delegate the project, while certainly providing guidance on design template and such. Skip was SO easy to work with and I was able to send him content in whatever form I wished (email attachments with documents in any word processing I wished). This is the hallmark of a great service provider: they make it easy on YOU, the customer, and don't force you to fit their mold. Also, his rate was VERY favorable (half the cost of the "idea board" designer - and he has more than twice the experience - and he completed it in 1/3 of the time the other designers quoted me).
