I cannot recommend Kristin Manella highly enough! 10 stars. She's so caring, such a great listener, funny, encouraging, knowledgeable and a real firecracker! She thinks outside of the box helping us get creative about loan ideas, and really went to bat for us when things got wonky during the sale, and got us what we wanted! She gave us the most thoughtful gift to celebrate our first home too. I could go on and on. Pick Kristin Manella, you won't regret it!
This was my first time buying and it was a scary market to buy in, but Kristin was amazing and went above and beyond to guide my wife and I through the whole process.
We were able to get the first place we bid on with her guidance while many of our friends are submitting bid after bid and not getting any accepted! Kristin made the whole experience comfortable and brought her experience and input without ever being pushy or overbearing.
After closing on the house, Kristin helped with suggestions on several contractors and the team she suggested was amazing too! We couldn't be happier and definitely recommend working with her!!!
