Steve's the man! He helped me sell my house and we got an offer for over asking the same day!! He spread the news to other agents before my house went up and so those agents had clients that were looking for something like mines so they were lined up to get first dibs.Anyways, Steve has lots of connections and found me a bank to lend me over 2.5 million for my new home when all the 10 or more banks I went to on my own wouldn't loan over 2 million no matter what. I got 2.75% interest on a jumbo loan too and only spent $1,500 to buy it down to 2.75%. If I didn't use Steve, I'll probably end up in another home for under 2mil, but that will not be my ideal... read full review
