I had a terrible experience at the physical therapy department on June 10, 2021. I commented to one of the staff assistant while I was getting iced on my knee that it would be nice if management let them wear other clothes besides gray and black as a uniform. The young woman got extremely upset at what I said and I finally figured out that it was her choice of clothing and not a uniform which I mistook as one because everyone was wearing gray and black. I apologized to her. The assistant did not accept my apology and she said well that was really inappropriate and I am leaving.
