Paula is amazing. I have long covid. I've felt terrible for almost 10 months. I have seen numerous doctors, therapists, specialists. They have all helped a little- but Paula has helped the most. It's not even close. Paula is the only one that has helped truly reset my central nervous system. During her massage is the only time my body truly feels at rest and at peace. She is truly a healer. She offers various massage types, but I have just done he standard 90 minute massage. It's fairly reasonable and worth every penny. I had some pain in my neck/shoulder from years of working on a computer as well as tightness in my lats, IT band & hamstrings from weightlifting. Paula was able to release the tension and work out a lot of knots and now I feel great! I highly recommend going to see her.

Paula is absolutely the most skilled massage therapist I've ever experienced. I feel so fortunate to have found her. Plus her work space is totally relaxing. Paula's massages enable me to have 1.5 hours of complete "escape" time, and I feel so much better afterwards. I highly recommend her.
