Rosalind Chin was my Coldwell Banker real estate agent for the sale of my Berkeley condo. She guided me through preparing my house to put on the market. This was all done when I was out of the country. Rosalind made sure that inspections, photography, and staging were all done in a timely manner. I was kept informed of every date and time. What can i say?
