Azar was a discovery since I am new to CA. First time she gave me highlights. Since I did not want her to use bleach on my dark hair, she used the color directly. But this conservative approach did not work and even when she waited more than the recommended time before wash, the hair had not changed color. She painstakingly applied the least amount of bleach on each strand and kept checking every few minutes (to ensure my hair did not get too light) and even though she was way past her time at the salon, she finished when she was satisfied.
