The Good: Great people, friendly staff and members, and there's plenty of room to play tennis and get a solid workout in. Relatively inexpensive and has a more upgraded sister club not too far away with better overall facilities.
The Bad:The courts are not in the shape you'd expect from a private club. Several need resurfacing, especially court #1.
The men's locker room is in serious need of a makeover and some regular attention. It's basically a slippery sweat box with dirty lockers, showers that don't appear to be cleaned regularly, and bathroom facilities that fall well below what you'd expect and more akin to a public restroom at a gas station. There are no grooming products, no comfortable towels, and it's just not a clean or very welcoming space. It's a shame because the potential is there, and I'd happily pay more for a better overall experience.
The lap pool is a bright spot because lanes are usually available, which is great. The one issue is the temperature, which often hits nearly 90 degrees. That might be perfect for anyone looking to do laps in a large hot tub, but it's not for me which means having to try and time lap swimming, which is a crap shoot.
It's table stakes for a private club in this day and age to provide a modern, comfortable experience. Members expect it and are generally happy to pay for it. Contemporary grooming products, updated gym equipment, a locker room and equipment that doesn't feel like its from the 90's. These aren't luxury asks, they're basics. While the membership seems to skew older, if the club wants to attract a young upwardly mobile professional members then it's going to need to create an experience that speaks to that. It would be a smart and very worthwhile investment. The foundation is solid, the location is incredible, the people are genuinely great, but the overall experience needs to catch up.

Membership is expensive and the courts aren't well taken care of. They take better care of public courts, I wonder if they are paying their maintenance staff well.

Love the full length pool and jacuzzi lined with palm trees! The new locker room updates make it feel so posh and fresh! This is a nice and quiet club with ongoing new updates!

Awesome experience playing tennis here while visiting from Miami. I was a guest at the Waldorf across the street so we had complimentary access to the courts. Nice staff, well maintained, beautiful location.

The Tennis Club is very nice and their staff is very professional and kind. The club has a variety of excellent service services and offerings for all of your spa, weight training and tennis needs. If you are expecting a guest, be sure to let them know which entrance to use as signage at the main door needs a bit more clarity especially if you are meeting someone for tennis.

The bathroom sauna is disgusting ? . It’s 15 years past renovation. Like how can this owner have any self respect to not put in 50k to renovated, put new tiles in, etc. You literally have one of the best locations, courts are good, and the bathroom, sauna is 10x worse than the worse 3rd world locker room, I’ve ever been to. Why can’t this owner just spent small money and re-tileJust Renovate and Make A Clean Locker Room for the love of anything holy.
