Susan Chase was absolutely outstanding in helping us sell my dad's condo in Dana Point. Due to declining health, my dad had to move 2,000 miles across the country to live with me, and Susan made what could have been an incredibly stressful process remarkably easy.
She handled everything—from coordinating contractors and clearing out furniture and belongings to personally cleaning up the landscaping and refreshing the property. Being so far away, it gave us tremendous peace of mind knowing Susan was taking care of every detail.
