“Dr. Campbell is a miracle worker, I'm so grateful that I found him. I've had a lot of back pain from an early age due, most-likely, to a minor birth discrepancy that grew worse over time, eventually turning into advanced disk degeneration and finally severe spinal stenosis. I couldn't walk or stand for more than a few minutes and was spending all my time in bed; it was a total nightmare. I lost my job and battled depression on a scale I hope never to know again.

I’m ever indebted to that friend for her referral. “Dr Nick” spends so much time going over every aspect of my health to get to the root of my problems. It’s not an office where you have to wait and if there are a couple minutes, Todd, office tech/assistant/all around good guy, is there to take vitals and make me feel comfortable. When I leave my appointments Debbie has all my questions answered before I even ask. I have gotten more information and help in the last two months from Dr Karahalios than all the other doctors in years. He if very thorough and does his research. “I had the first appointment of the day with my PCP. I was told to arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment, which wasn't hard to do since I live nearby. However, my PCP was 20 minutes late. Traffic, I guess. I actually heard her come in so she wasn't just sitting in the office somewhere. I like this office for convenience but if I'm expected to be early, I at least expect the doctor to be on time, especially if they are only spending 10 minutes with me. I was there for my annual physical exam and was told to undress even though I wasn't there for a well woman exam. I do a well woman with my OB/Gyn. Well, it would have been nice to know I didn't need to undress completely. Needless to say, I was examined and then I was given a referral to a specialist when my request for additional testing was denied. The specialist would need to order the additional tests, according to my doctor. I left with my lab order for bloodwork a little miffed that I had to make another appointment but such is the state of the healthcare system these days.“

“The only thing good about this place is Dr. Rubal and I'm sure there are other doctors that are nice as well. The head of the front desk has a massive attitude problem and likes to hang up on people over 20 times and play games pretending she's not hanging up on them when directly asked what her name is the phone just goes "click". OLMA is gonna run this business into the ground with her inability to have any compassion whatsoever, and she goes out of her way to spite chronically ill patients. You should be ashamed of yourself. There is absolutely no reason I should have to call this office over 25 times in less than an hour because I am repetitively hung up on by OLMA. This would be like somebody who hates people getting a job in nursing. Perfect comparison. Go get a job somewhere else.“
