Marriott Cliffs is a place I have brought my family to for many years. Beautiful location, hotel and staff are exceptional. Great bar and food with other options within walking distance if you choose to leave the resort. New upgrades in rooms are excellent and I understand more are coming soon.
An overall amazing hotel with such a great view with amazing staff. The hotel was clean, and had great amenities. Such as bicycles, pickle ball, two pools, spa, and is walking distance to the beach and several shops. I would like to thank Miguel in the restaurant, Edgar, Colin, and Aaron for going above and beyond.
And for Loreleil for going above and beyond for the special note and dessert in my daughters room for her birthday. It is greatly appreciated!
Service and staff was outstanding. However, the valet service and picking up the car was a bit flawed. They use a text service to call the car and yet because we had a red tag status, the text message did not tell us that we need to check in with the valet service. We waited more than 20 minutes only to find out because we were red tagged. We could not get our car right away. Once we straighten that out, 10 more minutes and we had our car for a total of a 30 minute wait.
