I called Kona Carpet after a disappointing experience with another cleaner who left my carpets so wet they started to smell like mildew. From the moment I called Kona, I knew they genuinely wanted to help fix the issue. The owner even tried to squeeze me in right away, but our schedules didn’t line up.
I was moving out of state, and my kids would be staying there, so I wanted the carpets clean and fresh for them. Kona carpet cleaning is a lifesaver. I had someone come to clean my rugs and they used dirty water and essentially made my rugs worse. Smelled awful!!! I called Kona and they came the next day and did an incredible job!!!! So professional and well priced!!
Very Professional. I liked their website explaining what to do prior and what after. Our Carpet looked Great!! He even got stains out. And surprise He cleaned my Front door Mat. Nice surprise. We will have him come back and Steam clean our Tile floors !!!! Excellent and very Personable and careing!
