Alex Wade has saved me after I slipped at the pool and wrecked my alignment. He has helped me through a frozen elbow. He addressed my big bunion toe enabling me to be more stable. His craniosacral work is so amazing for my nervous system. I guarantee you he is someone you want on your wellness team.
I was able to sneak in an emergency 2 hour session with Alex recently. I had thrown my pelvis out, my gait was wrecked and I was so uncomfortable in my body. He fixed me up and straightened me out in such a beautifully balanced way. He is attentive and thorough. I am beyond grateful to have found him. He is my bodywork hero and should be yours too!
