The most unprofessional and unethical team i've ever seen in my entire life. I referred one of my friends to this salon and after that they damaged and ruined her hair and didn't give her the result that they promised. They called my friend who referred us to this salon. They made me feel embarrassed for involving my friend to a situation that she wasn't even involved which is extremely unprofessional. I don't recommend this salon at all. They have extremely high prices for the worst quality. I'm gonna post a picture of my friend's and you can decide whether you wanna give this salon a chance or not.

Who is the manager and owner here ? the "manager" has not not done anything to help my situation or let me know who the owner is so I can have a word with them and she will not help me at all and I need to talk to a owner I am not happy with happened here a few days ago new owners I guess but still using the same pics of the old owners in all the pics and no one will give me a name or help at all they are just using reviews from the old employees

Someone who claims to be the New owner/manager of English Rose has called me several times in me the last few weeks. Her name is Mag. I have called back at the salon several times and left a webform. I have no issues with English Rose now, but I have no idea why Heather did not do my hair the way I wanted (after a consult). Heather did not damage my hair ... but it did not lift. After looking at the webpage again, I noticed there is no reference to anyone in the salon using Schwarzkopf color (which is what I thought I was paying for). That might explain why it did not take the color. The only piece of hair she did right is the re-do she did in front ... if she had redone... read full review
