Dana Point Animal Hospital is fabulous. Everyone is so friendly. Dr. Granite took time to let my grandson listen to my dog’s heart with a stethoscope. She even told him to go weigh his toy dinasaur on the scale.
Friendly, accommodating and efficient at their job. Made us feel right at home as soon as we walked in. Kind, easy to communicate with staff. Making first appt then having to change appt was all seamlessly done. Dr Jill was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She didn't make us feel rushed and she made us feel comfortable and confident in the care our dog was getting.
Dr granite listens. She doesn't spend my money wildly. She's cautious. Most important. She is very caring toward my dog Waffles. Also in general most of the staff have always been extremely helpful and very empathetic.
