This review is for Rita. For all my waxing needs, Rita has been my go-to for a few years now. She is hands down the best at what she does! I dont know how she does it but she gets the job done so quickly and painless! She is very efficient and professional! She always make me feel comfortable. I used to dread going to my waxing appts but not anymore, thanks to her! I Highly recommend her! 10/10

Located in serramonte, I come here every time I need my brows threaded. They recently moved into a smaller location, but still close to their original suite. I usually do walk in, but you can make a reservation through their website. I would note that their hours do get mixed up and would just aim for midday versus right when they open/close. I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes as a walk-in. I typically go for whoever is available first and have been happy every time. There's usually 2 or 3 people doing hair and 1 at the counter. I always go to Rita to do my eyebrows but if she isn't there the rest of the staff do a pretty good job. I trust no one else with my brows and I've been going here for about 2-3 years. They've never once messed up my brows and I always get compliments on them. This place is a gem, best in the Bay Area hands down
