We visited Tropical Garden expecting a relaxing hot tub experience, but unfortunately we left very disappointed.
From the moment we arrived, the entrance felt unprofessional. There was no clear signage or direction, and no proper guidance on where to go. The staff member was on the phone when we walked in, and the overall welcome felt disorganized and uncomfortable.
The facility itself looked average — not terrible, but definitely not very clean. We were told our room number, but there were no instructions. You basically operate the hot tub yourself without any explanation. The room was not ventilated and felt stuffy, which made it hard to relax.
Cleanliness was also a serious concern. After turning on the hot tub, we noticed hair inside, which is unacceptable for a place that should prioritize hygiene.
The price ($30 per person for one hour) is not the issue — it’s about the overall experience and lack of professionalism. It did not feel relaxing or worth the time.
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and professional hot tub experience.

The website lists closing time as 11 PM. I arrived around 9:15 PM and spoke with a woman at the counter who told me they accepted cash only and directed me to a nearby ATM. There was no warning that service would be refused upon my return. I came back within minutes (around 9:35) to find her gone. A man who identified himself as the manager told me they were closed and casually dismissed the situation by saying the woman was “just the cleaning staff.”
I understand and respect business policies or last-service times when they are clearly communicated in advance.
However regardless of her role, she was representing the business and should have been properly trained to communicate accurate information to customers. Instead of offering a solution, the manager chose to dismiss the situation, reflecting poor customer care and UNPROFESSIONAL management.

It’s been years since I’ve visited this place, but they’ve remodeled! I have to say for the better!! Counter staff is what I remember it to be but their new tubs & aesthetics are 10/10! I’ll definitely be back 👏🏼😍
