Carlos came out earlier this year to fix the wiring on my Nest thermostat, and then just a few weeks ago to replace the actual furnace, a model that somehow lasted more than 30 years before giving up the ghost this December. I did not solicit multiple bids, but was happy with the price of the furnace replacement, which was consistent with my Internet research.
